Church Ministry is Hard

Successfully finding ways to grow the Kingdom through the church is a rough task. Focus on those already in the church and you might miss out on reaching new people with the opportunity to follow God. Balancing between reaching people and discipling people already in the community of faith is not easy. Working together with Al could expose new insights, ideas, and successes.

A Word from Al

There are only a few things that really wake me up in the morning and energize me. Talking about expanding the Kingdom through great leadership, building and leading volunteer teams, and technology for churches to use in spreading the Message.

What I’ve learned over the years of ministry, is that what we do in church leadership is multi-faceted; growing people, introducing people to God, and pursuing the best possible worship and teaching experiences we can with the goal of being effective communicators with excellence.

Some things I’ve learned through trial and error, some things I learned because they made intuitive sense. I’ve been in local church ministry for over 30 years, and have shared in all the struggles, doubts, and frustrations you have. In the end I believe God wants the best for the Kingdom and His goal is to see growing and flourishing churches the world over.

I’d love to help you forge plans for volunteers and leadership, and help you develop the right structures to grow volunteers and the capabilities of your local church.
